Dr. Richard A. Evans, Jr., is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at the James Madison University and the Undergraduate Coordinator in the Department of Exceptional Education. Richard received a Bachelor of Science and Master in Education with a principal certification from Angelo State University and a Ph. D. in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Special Education Leadership from Texas A&M University.

Sue land is the co-director and inclusion specialist at the Training and Technical Assistance Center (T/TAC) at the College of William and Mary. Sue joined the T/TAC in 2000, bringing with her 26 years of teaching students with disabilities and administering special education programs. She earned a B.A. in Elementary/Special Education from James Madison University and a M.Ed. in Special Education from the College of William and Mary.

Martha has been with Fairfax County Public Schools for twenty years as a special education teacher, autism resource teacher, Inclusive Schools Resource Teacher and now serves as Elementary Resource Specialist. She also continues as adjunct professor at the University of Virginia and George Mason University in Special Education.

Pat Parrott is a teacher of students with Learning Disabilities at Midlothian High School in Chesterfield County Public Schools. She has been an elementary LD teacher, an educational diagnostician, and an LD Liaison at the county level. She is a Strategic Instruction Model Professional Developer certified by the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning. Pat is also an adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Richmond.
